On Febuary 6th 2010 The Hartford Police Explorers held their first Explorer competition.  In attendance were 116 Explorers from 15 different departments.  The day was packed with activities.  Explorers had the opportunity to compete in a number of events, including traffic stops, tactical entry, crisis intervention, crime scene, mock trial, and a law test.  Each Explorer in attendance exhibited true professionalism and represented their departments with pride.  Congratulations to all the Explorers and their advisors!
